About
A word from the founder
Football has been part of my life since I was three and a half years old. I spent my teenage years at one of the top academies in southwest France, training and competing against some of the best young players in the country from thirteen to nineteen.
I know what that world feels like from the inside: the pressure, the setbacks, the moments when your confidence takes a hit, instead of being supported and built up.
Eventually, stepping away from playing was the right call for me. It renewed my enthusiasm for the game and I continued to play for pure enjoyment.
What I needed in those early years, was someone outside my family who could give me honest, unfiltered guidance. That’s the reason I became an agent. I bring an international background, multiple languages, and years spent in that world myself. But more than anything I bring an understanding of what it actually feels like to be a player.
My goal for Vantage Football Management is simple: to be the agency young players can trust, for real support and a genuine, long-term relationship, not just when there’s a deal on the table.
